By continuing from this page you are agreeing to all terms and conditions listed in the agreements in which you are entering.  All agreements become legal and binding once the documents are presented to Little Gem Ranch.  By submitting the agreement(s) to Little Gem Ranch you are also agreeing to all costs listed in the agreements and agree to remit payment within seven (7) business days.

All forms on this sight are the property of Little Gem Ranch and are intended for doing business with Little Gem Ranch.  Copying or using any portion of these forms for anything other than that purpose constitutes a violation of federal copyright laws.  It is assumed that if you are submitting an agreement with Little Gem Ranch that you are going to print a copy for your own records.  This is an acceptable business practice and is not only allowed but encouraged.

Before any horse is allowed entry to the facility, a current coggins report is to be emailed to Little Gem Ranch.  When a mare is presented for breeding a health certificate from your veterinarian must be present and all listed shots must be current.  

Anyone found to be in violation of the following conditions will be asked to leave immediately and any and all agreements will be considered null and void, and (if necessary) can be escorted off the property by Kaufman County Sheriff's office.  While at Little Gem Ranch all persons shall refrain from smoking in any barn or in the house.  Smokers are expected to not leave butts, packs, wrappers or any other portion on Little Gem Ranch property.  Consumption of alcohol is permitted as long as the person is responsible, does not pose a hazard to animals or persons on Little Gem Property, and it is not consumed in excess.  At no time will the use or possession of any illegal substances be tolerated.  Only persons with a Texas carry concealed hand gun permit will be allowed to have a weapon on Little Gem Ranch.
